The
production process is subject to all steps in strict quality checks –
from materials to packing and storage. In this way we can deliver to
our customers quickly and without problems, at all times.
Steel
screws
Vitaş
steel screws, whose main property is Filmazin
– in accordance with the Standard Cq15-Cq22 (DIN 1654) – are
produced with European carbide additive. Through the use of these
materials, the DIN quality norms are reached and the dimensions
remain constant: tensile strength, flow limits and bendability are
all of the highest level. After the hardening process, Vitaş screws
are, using nickel, chromium, zinc or brass, brought to the desired
diameter.
Metric
screws and bolts
As
with the other products, metric screws are also produced from
Filmazin according to D-9/1 (DIN 17140). In this way, the tensile
strength, bendability and fracture resistance are very high. As
desired, these screws can be produced using imported brass and/or
Inox.
Vitaş
screws which are produced flat and recessed-headed can be coated with
different materials such as zinc, nickel, iridescence, oxide,
zinc-cobalt or Dakral.
Plastic
screws
Vitaş
plastic screws are also produced from Filmazin (Cq-22-DIN 1654).
Therefore the tensile strength, bendability and fracture resistance
are all very high. Our plastic screws have different angles according
to the relevant norms. Because of their very sharp thread edges they
can be used as drilling screws in wood-chipboard and artificial wood
assembly. They are able to be assembled and dismantled and hold their
shape. Vitaş plastic screws are available in different designs, such
as flat counter sunk, cross- and raised counter sunk, cross- and flat
cheese head as well as yellow and white zinc-coated.
